Netball Borough Championships
On Tuesday 5th March, our Year 5 and 6 Netball team traveled to Heathland school to compete in the borough finals after winning the cluster competition. While there, the girls didn’t lose a game! They drew 2 matches and won the rest. Louise and Georgia showed excellent defence, while Olivia and Darcey scored several shots with the help of Portia, Julia and Molly’s passing techniques. The girls showed excellent sportsmanship by cheering on all teams and showing up to every match with enthusiasm. The girls wish to thank their coach, Kate, for helping them along with their success. A massive congratulations to our Belmont Netball squad!
