Beam House 2019 - Wednesday
Today was another jam packed day full of fun, laughter and children (and teachers) facing their fears! We took the other half of children to the beach to bodyboard and the sun made a guest appearance whilst others did other fun activities on site. We are all looking forward to out evening activity “Ambush”. Some children took on the high ropes and it was incredible to see them facing their fears with fantastic perseverance and impressions of Spider-Man! We’ve also had fun learning new songs and chants and I’m sure the children will want to share these with you all when back!
Some quotes from the children today:
”I have achieved things that I have never thought I would.”
“Even though the sea was salty I really enjoyed learning to body board with great PGL staff”
“I’ve never done orienteering before and I enjoyed it because it helped me explore new places using a map.”
“I was petrified of the high ropes but had so much fun and faced my fear”
