Health and wellbeing week
Belmont had a busy Health and Wellbeing week this year, jam packed with activities to help all the children (and adults!) achieve their 60 minutes of physical activity a day. Throughout the week the children participated in fun runs, made smoothies by cycling, took part in football skills sessions, participated in yoga and meditation sessions, competed at our annual Sports Day, and moved with intensity throughout circuits.
