KS2 French Day this Wednesday

BELMONT’s KS2 FRENCH DAY / JOURNÉE FRANÇAISE DE BELMONT

On this day we will:

• Dress up French: children can be French colours, French people (famous or stereotypical), French monuments, French food, etc. Striped tops and berets welcome but no real baguettes ??!
• Sing French songs – feel free to channel your inner Edith Piaf with your children here: https://sites.google.com/belmontprimary.school/belmont-french/belmont-french-day-2021/musique-et-chansons
• Learn about French history and culture.
• Do French activities, watch videos.
• Eat a French school lunch / bring a French pack lunch.

Due to the current restrictions, most activities will be class based and we are unfortunately not able to have external visitors but we will be posting pictures and videos of the event in the days following our French day.
