Y5 Secondary School Transition

Chiswick School will be presenting to Year 5 Parents on Wednesday 17th May at 9am.

The session is designed to be interactive so please come along with any thoughts and issues you have regarding Secondary School, the Transition to Secondary School, Pastoral Care, Extra Curricular Activities etc.
